At Angsa were revolutionizing waste removal with our autonomous trash picking robots. Our mission is to create cleaner more efficient cities by deploying innovative robotics solutions. Were seeking a talented Robotics Deployment Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the quality assurance release process testing and troubleshooting for our autonomous trash picking robots as we expand our operations to various cities this year.

Tasks

As a Robotics Deployment Engineer you are both a operations manager and an engineer. You play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and operation of our autonomous trash picking robots in different cities. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process managing the release cycle conducting comprehensive testing and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during deployment and operation.

  • Release Process Management: Mange the quality assurance before and after release. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including engineering manufacturing and operations to schedule and execute releases.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop tools and processes to validate the functionality performance and safety of the autonomous trash picking robots.
  • Deployment Support: Provide technical phone and onsite support during the deployment of autonomous trash picking robots in different cities. Collaborate with field technicians and operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth integration into existing processes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures results and issues encountered during deployment. Generate reports on the performance and reliability of deployed robots identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • You are fluent in German and English
  • Bachelors degree in Robotics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role ideally in the field of robotics deployment or automation.
  • Strong understanding of robotics systems including sensors actuators and control systems.
  • Proficiency in programming Python as well as experience with robotics frameworks ROS and software tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and cleverness.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and interface with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in diverse environments.
