This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 07:00 19:30 total of 36 hours per week.

RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References.

The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $52.38/hr encompassing a taxable component of $43.55/hr along with a per diem of $8.83/hr. Reward: on non local rate $6.97 /hr.

Work Location: 3801 Spring St. Racine WI 53405 .

Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $41.65/hr.

Job Summary:

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Complexity of Work:

• Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• EOW EOH; At least 1 year of inpatient medical surgical nursing experience EPIC
• May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
