RN - Nurse Educator

Skills: The following experience is required:

2 years of med/surg experience Solid clinical background Knowledge of industry trends related to the patient experience Knowledge of the patient, family and caregiver path through the health system and how to identify key pain points Knowledge and experience in facilitating multi-disciplinary teams to determine solutions to recurring challenges Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive verbal and written information Ability to analyze operational and procedural problems and develop, recommend and evaluate proposed solutions Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and in situations requiring instructing, persuading, negotiating, conflict resolution, consulting and advising as well as prepare clear, comprehensive written and oral reports and materials Able to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality Ability to work as part of a team The temps will assist with the following functions: Coaching on the well-being buddy program Focus on team building (such as getting to know games and ice breakers) to increase staff engagement Coaching on Good Catch program Coaching staff on the nursing theorists and hospital values. Observing change of shift and also RN to PCA handoff.

Certification/Licenses

Schedule Notes: This is a Monday - Friday position with occasional weekend rotations. The worker will need to be comfortable with traveling to multiple sites during the week. Working 6:30AM - 2:30PM
