This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 19:00 07:30 total of 36 hours per week.

RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References.

The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $52.38/hr encompassing a taxable component of $43.55/hr along with a per diem of $8.83/hr.

Work Location: 13111 N Port Washington R Mequon WI 53097.

Local Rates (Below 50Miles): $41.91/hr.

Non Local Reward:$6.98/hr.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

• EOW EOH; Telemetry background required; at least 1.5 yrs of med/surg experience; No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short ( and lt;1/4 )
• May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
