RN - ICU Step-Down

We are looking for an RN ICU Stepdown in Perth Amboy NJ. We need someone with a minimum 2 year Experience as an RN ICU Stepdown.

Contract: 13 weeks

Shift: Day and Night

Confirmed Hours: 36/week (3x12)

Pay Package:

Blended Rate: $85.93/hr. (For Travelers)

Package for Travelers: (Based on 36 hours per week)
Total Gross Income: $3093.48/week
NonTaxable: $1512/week
Taxable: $158148/week

Certification: Required BLS ACLS and NIHS certification from AHA (American Heart Association).
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice nursing in the State of New Jersey or Compact State.

Responsibilities
Perform physical examinations and assessments on patients in the ICU
Monitor and interpret vital signs lab results and other diagnostic data
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Assist with procedures such as intubation central line placement and ventilator management
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients
