Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Home Health team. As an RN Home Health you will have the opportunity to provide highquality personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

In this role you will be responsible for conducting assessments developing and implementing individualized care plans administering medications performing treatments and procedures and educating patients and their families on managing their health conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient care.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you will be working
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN preferably in home health or a similar setting
• Possess exceptional clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be selfmotivated organized and able to work independently
• Have a reliable means of transportation and a valid drivers license
• Be willing to travel within the designated service area
