Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting medical assessments and examinations of patients.
• Prescribing and administrating medication as appropriate.
• Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitoring and recording patients medical progress and vital signs.
• Assisting in surgical procedures and postoperative care.
• Offering medical advice and counseling to patients and their families.
• Participating in clinical audits and reporting on medical activities.
• Adhering to medical and ethical standards of practice.
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records.
• Participating in continuous medical education and training.
• Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and clean medical environment.
• Providing accurate handover of patient care to incoming medical staff.
• Following infection control and prevention protocols.
• Supervising junior medical staff when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• MBBS degree and completion of internship and residency programs.
• Valid medical license and registration as a Medical Practitioner.
• Proven experience working in a medical or hospital setting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions.
• Ability to work efficiently in highpressure and emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Knowledge of medical laws regulations and ethics.
• Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle oncall duties.
• Ability to uphold patient confidentiality and privacy.
