Requirements:
- 1 years of experience as a Risk Manager in a financial/trading services environment;
- Solid experience with Debit/Credit and crypto payment processing and analysis;
- Indept understanding of risk management procedures and tools;
- Knowledge in KYC and the relevant EMI regulations;
- Experience in management of chargeback and disputes;
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Excellent critical thinking analytical problemsolving and quantitative skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analysis programs;
- Fluent English.
About the position:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization maintaining a high confidentiality level;
- Analyze data to assess the impact of identified risks and develop risk mitigation strategies;
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards providing guidance to maintain a strong risk posture;
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to safeguard the organizations assets and reputation;
- Oversee & coordinate the risk incident management process to prevent money laundering and quality control;
- Perform customers security tracking to assure no exposure to risk;
- Generate regular reports on risk exposure mitigation efforts and key risk indicators for management review;
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including finance legal and operations to integrate risk management into business processes;
- Conduct training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization and promote a riskaware culture.
