As a Manager you’ll be the primary point of contact for multiple clients/accounts representing our company and maintaining strong relationships with clients brokers underwriters and other stakeholders. You’ll oversee the implementation and management of the risk management process ensuring client satisfaction with their insurance program and the services we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Manager you’ll be the primary point of contact for multiple clients/accounts representing our company and maintaining strong relationships with clients brokers underwriters and other stakeholders. You’ll oversee the implementation and management of the risk management process ensuring client satisfaction with their insurance program and the services we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients’ business operations risks and insurance needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to review their insurance programs address concerns and provide guidance.
- Liaise with insurance brokers to ensure smooth insurance program management.
- Manage inquiries requests for changes data collection and other administrative tasks related to insurance policies.
- Oversee the renewal process for insurance policies.
- Participate in the recruitment process and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide guidance and support to an associate or team member delegating tasks and overseeing their completion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs effectively.
- Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and acquire new skills.
- Engage in effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Attend and actively participate in client and internal meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in risk management is preferred.
- Exceptional prioritization abilities and adeptness in asking pertinent questions.
- Experience in total cost of risk analysis and a solid understanding of insurance policies.
- Proficient in managing workflow efficiently.
- Strong grasp of data analysis and technical writing.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills and effective problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team or independently.
