Revit Technician
Salary - 18,000 to 35,000 Dependent on Experience
Location Cheshire

We re working with a family-run business with a proud history in the design, construction and manufacture of swimming pools, tiled spas, experience rooms and medical wellness products. They are one of Europe s largest spa shell and pool manufacturers capable of producing up to 40 spas at a time.
They re growing as a business and are looking to bolster their current design team with an additional Revit Technician who will be responsible for, developing design layouts and construction drawings. You will also be working closely with clients, engineers, and designers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to
- Developing design layouts for a variety of projects.
- Producing accurate construction drawings
- Liaising with the client design team to ensure intent is met, and drawing approval is achieved as efficiently as possible
- Ensuring contracts teams and engineers have all required information, communicated through construction drawings, to complete projects to the client s requirements
- Maintaining an accurate directory of all required drawings
- Ensuring accurate referencing of drawings, including updating revision statuses
Experiences required
- Qualified in Revit BIM Level 2 at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D Design
- Ability to produce clear and comprehensive drawings
- M&E design or experience with Autodesk Inventor would be an advantage, but not essential
- Experience in delivery of building projects
- Knowledge/Experience in MEP & HVAC system
