Revenue Management Director Hotel

Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Revenue Management Director for a client in Southern California.

The Work:

• Reservations Distribution and Revenue Management
  

• Identify new revenue opportunities
  

• Provide daily weekly and monthly reporting
  

• Optimize and expand distribution partnerships
  

• Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
  

• Build and maintain strong working relationships
  

• Travel 30%
  

• Additional duties as required
  

What you ve already done (requirements):

• 5 years of experience implementing revenue management operations procedures and best practices with an independent high end hotel as a Director of Revenue
  

• Luxury hotel experience
  

• Bachelor s degree
  

• A track record of successful leadership
  

• Developed interpersonal adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
  

• Knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems
  

Compensation:

• Yearly salary base range of $110k $120k
  

• Open bonus potential.
