Job Title: Retail Sales Manager BTL Activities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Retail Sales Manager to lead our Below The Line (BTL) activities and drive sales initiatives for our retail business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management a strong understanding of BTL strategies and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  1. BTL Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement innovative Below The Line (BTL) strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales in retail outlets.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align BTL activities with overall marketing and sales objectives.
  1. Sales Team Leadership:
  • Lead mentor and motivate the retail sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide training and guidance on effective BTL sales techniques to ensure consistent performance.
  1. Promotional Campaigns:
  • Plan execute and evaluate BTL promotional campaigns to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies to optimize future initiatives.
  1. Merchandising and InStore Displays:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of attractive instore displays and merchandising techniques to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Foster positive relationships with key retail partners and outlets to enhance product placement and visibility.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns related to BTL activities in a timely and effective manner.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Use market insights to adjust BTL strategies and stay ahead in a competitive retail landscape.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail sales management with a focus on BTL activities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing effective BTL strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
