Retail Sales Associate

Naples Soap Company started in 2009 in a small 300 square foot space. We have now expanded to 80 employees, 10+ locations and a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse. We design natural skincare products made with natural and organic ingredients. People from all over the world have become loyal users of our products for their chronic skin issues.

We are expanding our operations within retail, ecommerce and wholesale and are seeking a people-oriented and sales driven Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team!

We are on the famous 5th Ave in Naples and are a luxury skin and wellness brand. We are looking for goal-oriented professionals, with sales experience, who love to sell and work in a team environment.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain stock and the appearance of the store
• Actively seek out and engage with customers in-store
• Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable on all products offered and discuss available options
• Have a comprehensive product training program.
• Work as a team with other sales associates to ensure proper customer service
• Build trusting relationships with customers

Requirements & Qualifications:

• You have previous experience as a sales associate
• You are proficient in the English language
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• You have solid communication and interpersonal skills
• You are customer service focused
• You are Available: Saturday and Sundays, holidays, and nights.
• You are 18 years of age or older
• Direct deposit is required

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

$500 Sign-on bonus; 1/2 paid after 90 days, 1/2 paid after 180 days.

There are additional monthly bonuses when the store reaches monthly goals.

Employee parking is available.
