Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our four retail stores in the Dublin area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Managing Director the Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our stores maintaining high standards of customer service and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
Oversee the daytoday operations of all four retail stores ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implement and maintain operational best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Monitor store performance metrics such as sales profitability and customer satisfaction and take corrective actions as needed.
Staff Management:
Recruit train and supervise store managers and staff members.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork productivity and employee growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
Manage inventory levels across all stores ensuring optimal stock levels and minimising wastage.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and costeffective procurement of products and supplies.
Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage and loss.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty.
Develop and manage annual budgets for each store monitoring expenses and revenues.
Analyse financial reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities.
Work towards achieving sales targets and profitability goals for the stores.
Ensure all stores adhere to health safety and sanitation guidelines as per regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe environment for staff and customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Solid understanding of retail operations inventory management and financial analysis.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with POS systems.
