PURPOSE
Under minimal supervision is responsible for Retail asset management data analysis solution provider etc. Works directly with Technical Services and Connectivity Security department leaders and thirdparty business partners to analyze and report on device orders device reliability proposed statements of work and related financial information. Acts as Retail device specialist to provide support to Retail end users.

- 5 years experience in Information Technology with an emphasis on device management preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel Teams Outlook PowerBI) MUST HAVE
- Experience in report development extensive statistical analysis and forecasting experience using spreadsheet tools MUST HAVE
- Experience in supporting device management customer service basic support
- Attention to detail strong communication skills and prior experience in inventory/asset management MUST HAVE
- Experience working with ServiceNow or other ticketing system preferred
- 1 technical certifications and focused training in networking operations project management or asset management preferred
Requirements
Ability to adapt to environmental change and dynamic business requirements
Ability to communicate in an effective manner with all levels of management and thirdparty business partners using excellent oral and written communications skills.

Ability to maintain a strict sense of confidentiality with respect to sensitive information learned because of rolerelated activities
Ability to manage order placements and troubleshooting practices with line vendors
Ability to operate in a team environment as well as work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to perform complex tasks in a diverse technical environment
Ability to proficiently operate multiple business applications including word processing spreadsheet presentation and database applications
and statistical analysis software
Ability to understand highlevel organizational direction structure and requirements and incorporate these concepts into business analysis
activities

Experience in Retail POS (Minimum of 5 years) Experience with Data Integrations at scale (Minimum of 5 years). XML based data exchange Knowledge of Design Patterns - Microservices, Distributed, Offline architectures Software Configuration Management SCM & CI/CD pipelines POS Image & Data Store management Development experience in C#, .Net, Database experience and development in SQL, Oracle(MUST HAVE) Use/Design of WebAPIs, Data Streaming (Kafka, ActiveMQ)
