Grocery Store Deli Manager Job Dublin City Centre.

Predominantly Monday to Friday hours.

Teamworx is working with a successful retailer highly established in the City Centre area that is partnered with a major player in the grocery sector. If you are an experienced Deli Manager Cafe or Catering Manager who is looking to work in a modern retail food store or looking for a fastpaced environment to make the day go quicker please apply below.

As the Deli Manager you will manage the team of 4/5 people by assisting in hiring training and motivating your teams also taking responsibility for the financials of the deli department including ensuring a high level of cleanliness standards and overall positive customer experience.
Predominantly Monday to Friday hours

The ideal candidate for this Deli Manager Job:

• Previous management experience working with food
  
• Proven management experience organise and supervising work of others
  
• Fresh food knowledge
  
• Excellent customer service
  
• Strong organisational skills
  
• Be able to work both in a team and own initiative
  
• A strong understanding of food safety and HACCP knowledge
  

Responsibilities for this Deli Manager Job:

• Oversee the running of the bakery coffee dock and deli itself
  
• Responsible for 4/5 staff members planning out their workload directing work and ensuring tasks are completed correctly
  
• Stock ordering and control of proper ordering
  
• Ensure the proper management of hygiene and HACCP records
  
• Ensure the standards are maintained.
  
• Train new staff members and provide further training for existing staff
