Teamworx is delighted to work with a wellknown grocery retail group that has a huge presence around the Greater Meath area.

Our client has a great track record of success and growth and is looking to hire a Store Manager in one of their topperforming stores located in a large and busy town in Co. Meath. As a Convenience Store Manager your role will be to manage a large team in this store by hiring training and motivating all teams and also taking responsibility for ensuring a high level of productivity growth in sales effective management of costs while maintaining high standards throughout the store and an overall positive customer experience. Our client is looking to hire an enthusiastic individual with proven retail experience preferably within a grocery or supermarket environment to join their wellestablished team.

Salary from 42000 up to 45000 DOE.

• Ensure the store runs efficiently and smoothly.

• Ensuring your team demonstrates excellent merchandising skills the cleanliness of the store is up to industry standards and reflects well on the groups standards.
  
• Demonstrate quality leadership among 20 odd staff including key management ensuring the team is reaching their KPIs by inspiring your team coaching and mentoring to achieve better results.
  
• Excellent attention to detail regarding financial reports analysing same and reporting any discrepancies to relevant department/MD and investigating discrepancies.
  
• Take full care of Health & Safety and food safety make regular assessments and follow up on action plans.
  

• Proven ability in managing a diverse retail offering with some participation in catering or deli food sales.
  
• Excellent organisation skills the ability to lead and motivate a team under them and experience managing Chargehands Department Managers Supervisors and Shop Managers would be an advantage.
  
• Excellent operational knowledge of grocery retail and the catering environment.
  
• Excellent people skills demonstrating a leadership style and problemsolving ability calmly and strategically.
  
• Commercially astute looking for opportunities to increase revenue managing costs effectively.
  
• Working knowledge of Labour Law Health & Safety regulations HACCP and Consumer Law.
