Job Title: Retail Assistant
Location: 36 Temple Street
Position Type: Fulltime/Parttime
Headcount: 3
Starting $2200 three months confirmation at $2500. Five Days week Ten hours per day.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customeroriented Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent service assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

1. Break Time / Hours: after 12pm rotate dine in in shop
2. Preferred Age Range: 60 years old and below
3. Preferred Gender: nil
4. Preferred Race: as long can speak mandarin
5. Annual Leaves: 7 days first year of employment. Every year increase by 1 year until it reaches 14 days
6. AWS PB or VB: to be discussed during interview
8. *required 3 days on the job training (paid)*
9. Will uniform be provided If not what’s the attire for them yes uniform will be provided
10. Would you be okay with candidates with tattoos okay as long as not visible on the face and neck
11. Any key benefits / highlights or career progression that would be great to share with candidates 50% off staff discount for chocolate

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
- Provide product information answer inquiries and offer recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment including stocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
