RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are looking for a MANAGER for our restaurants located in San Antonio (Ibiza).

Grupo Mambo is a company with family roots that today has more than 500 professionals and 20 business units on the island of Ibiza. A key entity in the islands hotel and catering scene in constant evolution expansion and sustained growth. Rooted in the heart of the island Grupo Mambo is passion for hospitality commitment to Ibiza and its festive culture.

Tasks

Supervising organising and directing the work and schedules of the rest of the staff: cooks waiters waitresses cleaners etc.

Participation in the selection of staff and setting up of the premises.

Managing reservations and customer flow.

Collaborate and contribute ideas in advertising and marketing.

Proposing operational logistical and functional improvements.

Stock control delivery notes invoices...

To carry out the corresponding preventive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar position.

Profile with Public Relations or commercial skills.

Fluency in English.
