Our scratch, fast-paced concept needs an upscale casual or fast-casual restaurant General Manager.

Your Restaurant General Manager background and abilities should include the following:
- Good tenure as a full-service or upscale fast-casual General Manager
- Experience managing a chain restaurant that is 100% scratch, farm-to-table, primarily organic, and fast-paced
- Complete understanding of financials and driving sales
- Ability to develop and lead a strong team
- Motivate by being hands-on rather than an office manager
- This position is guest-facing, and you must thrive on positive guest interaction
