Restaurant Bar Manager

• Oversee and ensure the highest possible levels of Guest Service
• Work under the General Manager
• Bar responsibilities for the restaurant
• Manage Bar staff (incl. maintaining uniform standards)
• Hands on in all Bar restaurant roles
• Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
• Focus on liquor inventory and costs plus ongoing increased sales
• Maintains bar hourly labor within budgeted requirements with assistance from GM/FOH managers
• Other tasks as needed to run a successful bar

• 3 to 5 years salaried experience in a high volume casual concept
• No more than 2 jobs in 5 years or 3 in 9 years with advancement progression
• Experienced in owning accountability for all Bar operations
• Passion for leadership and assuring a team atmosphere with high morale and focus on service
• High Energy and focus on setting and accomplishing goals that raise the bar
• Flexibility in shifts
• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
