This is a remote position.

We are looking for an All-Inclusive Resort Specialist to join our team.

As our All-Inclusive Resort Specialist, you will be responsible for helping our clients find the perfect all-inclusive resort that fits their specific needs and interests. You will be using your expertise and incredible customer service skills to identify the best resorts for our guests and ensure that our clients have the best vacation experience possible.



Requirements

This role requires excellent communication and organization skills. You must be able to research and thoroughly review detailed information on far away destinations in order to find the right all-inclusive resort for our travel clients. You should have a good understanding of the latest trends in the industry and be able to identify the best resorts and amenities that fit the customer's budget and individual preferences.

Your tasks will include speaking with our clients to analyze their vacation preference and needs, researching availability and pricing of different all-inclusive resorts, booking flights, ground transportation, activities and excursions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vacation. You should be open to giving customers advice on what to do and what not to do, and be eager to make sure that our clients have a more than satisfactory experience.

Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed information on available cruise packages, itineraries, costs and services Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Research and investigate current cruise specials and promotions Research existing and new cruise options and provide recommendations to clients Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns Process and coordinate cruise reservations, payments, and cancellation. Coordinate with the cruise lines to ensure the necessary documentation is for travelers to board Effectively manage relationships with vendors, clients and team members Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven work experience in the customer service industry Excellent customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
