Are you ready to lead a team in transforming lawns across the beautiful state of New Jersey New Jersey Best Lawn Sprinklers and Fencing is seeking a dynamic Residential Irrigation Installation Foreman to oversee the installation repair and maintenance of lawn sprinkler systems for our valued clients.
Position Overview:
As the Residential Irrigation Installation Foreman you will be responsible for leading a team of 45 technicians in designing installing estimating and completing major repairs to install lawn sprinkler systems. From start to finish you will ensure that assigned installations are completed safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation site operations and delegate work to crew members.
- Maintain schedules and ensure installation expectations are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.

- Valid drivers license with the ability to travel to client sites in company vehicles equipped with GPS.
- Mechanical aptitude for analyzing properties laying out and installing irrigation systems and repairing sprinkler components.
- Attention to detail when installing lawn sprinkler timers running control wires and repairing underground parts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for invoicing and client interactions.
