Resident Engineer

We are currently looking for a Resident Engineer Assistant Manager for a Real Estate firm to supervise and monitor Construction projects.

• Supervise and monitor the progress of the projects
  
• Directs and controls all daytoday activities necessary to accomplish the projects
  
• Ensures customer satisfaction by completing the project within the schedule within the budget and according to the specifications
  
• Ensure safety and security
  

Requirements

• Registered Civil Engineer or a licensed Architect with at least 5 years of actual work experience from the CONSTRUCTION industry.
  
• With at least five (5) years of actual work experience in handling and managing Real Estate projects including Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures preferably in vertical and horizontal construction projects.
  
• Knowledge of using QC tools OSH devices & measuring devices
  
• Familiarity with standard design and building codes.
  
• Familiar with OSH Standards.
  
• Ability to communicate well both oral and written.
  
• Strong personality and ability to deal with project teams and management
  
• Ability to prepare Inspection and Test Plan.
  
• Effective leadership skills.
  
• Knowledge of MS Office ACAD and MS Project.
  
• Willing to work onsite
