Reservations Executive - Hospitality

Job Overview:

We are seeking out for a Reservation Executive for a hotel industry your primary responsibility is to manage and facilitate guest reservations. This involves interacting with customers to book accommodations providing information about available services and ensuring a seamless booking process. Additionally you may handle inquiries manage room inventory and collaborate with other departments to guarantee a positive guest experience. Strong communication skills attention to detail and knowledge of the hotels offerings are crucial for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing Voice and Email enquiries for Hotel Reservations.
• Pitching the product for conversion.
• Room inventory management on CRS & Channel Manager.
• Managing TA & OTA bookings.
• Maintaining enquiry database.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream but hotel management will be advantage.
• Fluent in spoken English and Hindi.
• Good in written English.
• Past 12 years of experience in hotel reservations/ travel reservations/hotel front desk will be preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• IT savvy with good knowledge of MS office.
• Ready to work in shifts.

Shift Timings (9AM6PM 10AM7 PM 12PM9 PM)

Location: Taleigao Goa
