As the Research Scientist you will conduct research on various Computer Vision algorithms. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Computer Vision solutions into larger systems and products.
Conduct research in algorithm design and optimization leveraging machine learning data mining and other advanced techniques to enhance our brand protection and anticounterfeit solutions.
Implement algorithms and computational models in software prototypes and proofofconcept systems collaborating with Engineering teams to integrate them into our platform.
Implementation of highend efficient models in Machine Learning (e.g. Deep Learning) for accurate analysis and classification of images
Development of innovative solutions for various problems related to Segmentation Feature Analysis Classification of images for applications in Digital signature identification.
Research and develop advanced low level midlevel and highlevel computer vision algorithms including image restoration scene segmentation target detection and tracking data fusion or video georeferencing.
Work with other research team members in improving our core technologies.
Support Product and Engineering teams in integrating new innovations into the core product.
Stay current with industry trends and Advancements in image processing technologies.
Collaborate with academia to develop stateoftheart computer vision algorithms.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Computer science.
13 years of experience in algorithm research and development with a focus on machine learning data mining or related disciplines.
Strong background in computer vision and machine learning as well as practical experience in designing and implementing image processing solutions.
Programming experience with Python Open CV Pandas and other such libraries used in computational research.
Handson experience in developing and implementing Computer Vision and Machine Learning algorithms.
Expertise and experience in developing Computer Vision algorithms with focus on one or more of the following: Image Segmentation Object Detection and Recognition Registration Computational Photography and Watermarking.
Experience in developing Computer Vision algorithms on the edge (eg. images from mobile phone captures video streams from cameras etc.
