Responsibilities of a Research Representative include:
- Conducting research projects and surveys
- Designing research questionnaires and sampling methods
- Collecting data through surveys and other research methods
- Analyzing and interpreting research data
- Presenting findings and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
- Staying updated on industry trends and new research methods and technologies
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Providing support to research managers and teams

Requirements
- A bachelors degree in a related field such as business, marketing, statistics, or social sciences
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python
- Experience in a software as a service (SaaS) or technology company is a plus
