Research Development Strategist

Research Development strategic will provide administrative support for research project planning and development

System related to carrying out strategic research and others under the supervision of Direct Operations Management Team Leader

1. Plan the development of research projects and strategic funding study and research and understand policies and strategies. Science Research and innovation and other related policies for development planning Research management plan of the foundation and support the work of researchers in developing project proposals to respond to the strategic plan and needs of the country research information and look for opportunities to receive research project proposals (Research Proposal) including proactively contacting and coordinating with funding sources. To request funding to support research from both internal and external funding sources.

2. Plan strategies for managing research project contracts. and financial support (Financial Sustainability) to be consistent with the vision and mission of the Foundation and drive the Foundation to continue Conducting research sustainably Including creating a database of systematically accepting research project proposals to coordinate with researchers in submitting proposals. Submit the project to the funding source.

3. Collect and summarize information from the Foundations annual research projects. To report to the operations management team leader and executives.

4. Check research project proposals to ensure they comply with regulations and policies of funding sources and foundations including the accuracy of contracts both domestically and abroad.

5. Check the completeness and accuracy (Quality Assurance) of reports and work as specified in the contract periodically. and/or complete report as the case may be coordinating with funding sources in preparing related documents. For checking readiness or evaluating the organization (Auditing/ Micro Assessment) before signing the contract as determined by the funding source. Including checking the accuracy of the reporting of assessment results from funding sources.

6. Coordinate with funding sources to update regulations or research project management manuals.

7. Plan and develop risk assessment (Risk Assessment) of research and other approaches. To follow up and inspect the research operations to achieve their goals.

8. Support the work of the operations management team in checking the accuracy of contracts hiring agencies or support the work of the operations management team in checking the accuracy of contracts hiring agencies or outsiders. Third parties (Terms of References: ToRs)
