The Research and Development (R&D) Department plays a crucial role in our company & mission to innovate and enhance the design gamification and activation of installations in malls and corporate settings. As a Research and Development Specialist you will be responsible for driving forwardthinking initiatives conducting market research and developing cuttingedge concepts to elevate our offerings in the realm of installation d cor gamification and activation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends consumer preferences and competitive landscape in the mall and Corporate Installation Industry.
Provide regular progress updates reports and PPT presentations to highlight key findings milestones and recommendations.
Content writing ideation with a talent for conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively. Experienced in generating experiential activation ideas.
Skilled in vendor sourcing for techbased innovation while maintaining reasonable budgeting parameters.
Stay updated on advancements in technology design and gamification techniques.
Excellent project management abilities including the capacity to priorities tasks manage deadlines and cooperate effectively across teams.
Lead ideation sessions and contribute creative ideas for enhancing the overall experience of our installations.
Respond to Client & Vendor inquiries via phone email and inperson meetings.
Stay acquainted with industry regulations and standards related to safety accessibility and sustainability ensuring compliance in all R&D activities.
Requirement:
Just graduated / Studying in final semester PG & Student from any BSchool with Specialization in Event Management
Fresher to 1 year of Experience
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
