Job Description

Great opportunity for an associate attorney with two to five years of experience in civil litigation or insurance defense. We are looking for a sharp attorney to fill a position that primarily involves legal research and writing. Preference will be given to candidates with judicial clerkships in appellate or federal court.


Responsibilities include:

  • Complex research and analysis
  • Preparation of appellate briefs motions and legal memoranda
  • Practice involves state and federal cases


Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Interest and willingness to focus on research of complicated legal issues
  • Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
