The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research organizing data writing reports and supporting various aspects of project management within the residential development sector.

• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in research data entry and report writing.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report writing.
  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Produce comprehensive reports with a focus on a key report assessing compliance against set criteria of councils.
  
• Retrieve relevant controls needed for assessment and organize them into tables for easy reference.
  
• Conduct indepth research on various topics related to town planning controls and assessment criteria.
  
• Compile research findings and data into clear and concise reports using Microsoft Word.
  
• Assist in the development and creation of templates for assessment criteria.
  
• Attend meetings and assist with minutetaking and transcription.
  
• Coordinate calendar reminders for upcoming meetings and deadlines.
  
• Visit and monitor relevant websites periodically to extract and summarize necessary information.
  
• Summarize findings and update relevant stakeholders as needed.
  
• Track multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all deadlines are met.
  
• Assist in maintaining project calendars and scheduling.
  
• Recognize documents containing sets of controls and ensure they are appropriately organized and accessible.
