Community charities are championed by TEAM LEWIS employees who volunteer their time and skills to provide marketing and comms support to maximise the grants effectiveness.

Purpose of the role

The Researcher/Analyst will work collaboratively with the VIVID consultancy team and wider account servicing teams across APAC to deliver highquality research and insights for ongoing client accounts projects and the agency.

You will play a crucial role in identifying trends patterns and opportunities within their industry or market enabling the brands we work with to capitalise on emerging trends mitigate risks and optimise strategies. Often collaborate crossfunctionally with various departments to uncover trends and insights to address specific business challenges.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct research using various sources including online databases academic journals and industry reports media and social media listening platforms.
  • Collect and analyse data to identify trends patterns and insights relevant to client or company objectives.
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and other materials summarising research findings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas develop research methodologies and interpret results.
  • Maintain accurate records of research activities and findings for future reference. Stay updated on industry trends market developments and best practices in research and analysis.

About you

You are a highly curious individual with a keen interest in research and analysis and you are eager to join a dynamic integrated agency team. While you may be new to the industry you possess a strong foundation in research/analytics and have demonstrated your ability to distil broad volumes of data into critical insights. You are eager to learn and contribute to strategic account support initiatives. Additionally you have some exposure to the commercial aspects of agency operations including managing profit and loss statements staffing and resource allocation.

Additional requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field e.g. Business Economics Social Sciences etc.
  • At least 12 years professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesise data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with research tools databases and visualisation platforms such as LookerStudio PowerBI Tableau etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience or coursework in research methods data analysis media and social media listening or related fields is a plus but not required.
