Working with QA/Testing teams to provide data to close gaps and constraints associated with requirements
Develop Implement and maintain data governance artifacts like data dictionaries data maps environment maps and information flows between applications.
Ability to extract and/or create data from multiple data sources (Teradata Vertica Sybase SQL AWS S3 MySQL) and staging data per testing needs.
Work with third party application owners and developers to investigate the use of database APIs.
Prepare and lead test data strategy for RPA
Lead and train a team of data analysts and testers
Participates in development of standards design and implementation of proactive processes to collect and report data and statistics for Robotics
Develop dashboards to help stakeholders better understand KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Robotics Process Automation
Investigate and resolve issues with custom tableau reporting for Robotics
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise way to nontechnical audiences both in oral and written presentations.
Work closely with team to automate recurring tasks and improve processes to continually increase efficiency
Knowledge skills and abilities
Basic Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communications also high attention to detail.
Experience extracting manipulating and analyzing complex data using SQL is a must
Experience designing creating and extracting data as well as transforming loading across multiple applications
Knowledge/Experience with data modelling building data dictionaries.
Knowledge on APIs Postman DB visualization DBeaver SQL server management and hands on skills on Tableau dashboard.
Nice to have
Experience designing and implementing automated ETL processes.
Basic understanding of APIs Microservices patterns & concepts
Experience in design development customization of dashboard visualizations
Education and experience
Requires a bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
Requires at least 01 years of professional experience in an analyticallyfocused role with strong working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead multifunctionally and influence external parties
Experience with BI/visualization packages preferably Tableau
Must demonstrate exceptional analytical skills with business acumen
Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic and often ambiguous work environment
Ability to rapidly diagnose to rootcause of analytic problems
A passion for finding insights in data and driving change based on those insights
Must have communication skills and the ability to develop and present solutions to all levels of management (including executive levels)
Must have demonstrated the ability to solve complex problems with minimal direction
Must be able to interact effectively and patiently with customers especially while under pressure
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees
Requires ability to juggle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and message clearly to dependent party when one task is slipping relative to another. This assumes excellent written and spoken communication skills of technical material to executive leadership
