• Shift: Fixed Day Shift (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time)
  
• Work Setup: Hybrid Quezon City
  

• Maintain data flow and ensure accuracy and quality of existing database and dashboards.
  
• Work with complex data sets to formulate meaningful business insights.
  
• Present findings to the business.
  
• Generate collate and provide meaningful analysis and statistical reports used in decisionmaking and issue them in a timely manner to appropriate channels and recipients.
  
• Analyze and interpret reports and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Assist with daily weekly and monthly departmental performance reports.
  
• Perform historical data analyses of performance data to identify trends/patterns and make appropriate recommendations (e.g. call volumes intraday patterns root cause analysis).
  
• Handle all administrative tasks related to all accounts being handled.
  
• Be responsible for tracking all deliverables of Operations for each client handled.
  
• Validate and analyze data to monitor business performance identify trends and use in planning and forecasting.
  
• Assist in Automation Projects.
  

• Bachelors degree in business or related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst.
  
• Proficiency in building and interpreting reports.
  
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
