3 months contract with a local authority

Job Summary:

Repairs Supervisor to cover team of high performing repairs operatives to deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials.

Key Duties/Accountabilities:

To undertake a range of complex diagnostics and coordinating multi trade repair projects for repairs affecting multiple properties such as major leaks demonstrating proficient level skills and experience across a range of trades carpentry plumbing decorating plastering and tiling.

Carrying out toolbox talks and one to ones with operatives.

Pre and Post inspections on tenanted properties.

Managing void team ensure voids are delivered within time scale.

Attending evening TA meetings and ensure responsive to internal and external customer needs.

Ensuing compliance of health and safety rules and regulations in all work activities are maintained.

Additional information to note:

36 hours per week

08:00am 16:00pm working hours
