Remuneration amp Payroll Senior SpecialistTeam Leader

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Remuneration & Payroll Senior Specialist/Team Leader reporting to our Head of HR. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring labor and HR compliance as well as governance in the Nordics region (with focus on Sweden).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration compensation and benefits payroll and a solid understanding of Nordic(especially Sweden) and EU labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure legal labor compliance and governance in the Nordics (focus on Sweden).
• Prepare and maintain remuneration(compensation & benefits) documentation that is required by Swedish law.
• Nordic payroll: ensure that payroll tax pension and other obligations are fulfilled.
• Advice role about Nordic remuneration/compensation and benefits & payroll to Top Management and employees.
• Cocreation of Group remuneration standard.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in HR administration compensation and benefits and payroll for the Nordics region.
• Proficient understanding of Nordic and EU labor laws.
• Previous experience in Compensation and Benefits is preferred.
• Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with different groups of employees.
