Remote Vacation Planner

We are looking for a Remote Vacation Planner to join our team.

The Vacation Planner will manage vacation rentals ensuring they are properly maintained and that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee vacation rental properties remotely ensuring they are properly maintained and cleaned.

Communicate with guests before and during their stay to ensure a positive experience.

Handle booking inquiries reservations and payment processing.

Manage calendars to ensure properties are available for rent and bookings are uptodate.

Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure properties are properly maintained cleaned and repaired as needed.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management.

Provide excellent customer service and handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Laptop iPad or computer is highly recommended
