Remote Sports Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Work remotely with a flexible schedule, living in the USA or Mexico, and having internet access. Must be 18 years or older and available for full-time or part-time commitment. This role involves customer service, sales, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a focus on helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organize sports activities and events for clients
  

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with reservations
  

• Promote and sell sports packages and experiences to potential customers
  

• Assist in developing sports-related itineraries and travel plans
  

• Ensure all sports equipment and facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards
  

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sports coordination or related fields is preferred
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Passionate about sports and knowledgeable about various sports activities
  

• Proficient in using computer systems and software for reservations and customer management
  

• Authorized to work in the U.S. or Mexico
