Remote Shopify Developer (WordPress and UI/UX)

Only candidates with 3+ years of overall software development experience are eligible for this role.

Turing.com is looking for a Shopify Developer on behalf of a rapidly-growing company developing clean, sustainable, natural products for body, bath, and home. The selected candidate will be helping the existing team to develop a Shopify site from the ground up and manage ongoing projects. Job Responsibilities:

• Help train other developers in the future

• Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade applications

• Work with a great engineering team to solve complex problems

• Build, integrate, and test new features in various apps

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer

• Extensive experience and knowledge of Shopify

• Solid knowledge and experience with WooCommerce for WordPress

• General experience with scaling e-commerce platforms

• Extensive UX/UI design experience with respect to e-commerce
