REMOTE Sales Development Associate

As an SDR youll be pivotal in executing our companys growth strategy focusing on outbound lead management and prospecting to protect our clientele and drive revenue growth. Your role involves initiating conversations proactively and identifying and qualifying customers through sales calls leveraging customer leads provided by our clients.

With performancebased compensation you can increase your potential earnings through uncapped bonuses and commissions with an OnTarget Earnings (OTE) of $73450 and potential for advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Highly selfmotivated and driven.
• Enthusiastic about sales career progression
• Ideally 1 years of sales experience consistently exceeding targets.
• Comfortable in a remote fastpaced challenging environment.
