Job Description
Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. As an LMFT you will provide therapy services to individuals couples and families helping them navigate through relationship and mental health challenges. This is a remote position allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Your responsibilities will include conducting therapeutic sessions via secure video platforms creating treatment plans for clients and documenting progress and treatment outcomes. You will collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and participate in regular team meetings and trainings.
Compensation is based on experience:
- Pay averages $115k $130k per year
Required hours:

25 clients per week with flex scheduling
Requirements:
- Must be licensed as a LMFT for at least 2 years
- Must be licensed in California
- Ability to provide therapy sessions remotely via secure video platforms
