We are hiring a chat support agent to connect with customers through instant messaging on a business and #x27;s website or mobile app. The online chat representative may provide technical support, resolve customer service inquiries, or offer additional forms of real-time problem-solving.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
