Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to endusers ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems via phone email or chat.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance IT infrastructure and resolve challenges.
• Install configure and maintain computer systems and software applications.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Solid understanding of IT systems software and network configurations.
• Strong problemsolving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified will be advantageous.
