Interact with guests via social media phone email and inperson to assist with reservation inquiries

changes and cancellation.

Assist guests with travel plans for hotels cruises rental cars and more ensuring a smooth and efficient process

while addressing any special requests or concerns.

Communicate and collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as

needed.

Requirements

Promote additional services such as room upgrades dining options and spa

treatments to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Assist guests with general inquiries directions and information about local attractions

and services.

Address and resolve guest issues or concerns related to reservations billing or service

quality.

Work closely and partner with vendors and suppliers to market and increase sales.
