As a Coordinator youll have the exciting opportunity to curate unforgettable travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients spanning destinations across the globe. Responsibilities:

  • Research craft and execute exceptional travel itineraries tailored to the unique preferences and needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients travel requirements to ensure personalized trip planning.
  • Engage in ongoing training to acquire and maintain certification for booking travel staying uptodate with industry standards.
  • Participate in webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations and offerings.
  • Strategize and plan trips within clients budget constraints ensuring costeffective yet memorable experiences.
  • Develop promotional materials to enhance marketing efforts and attract clientele.
  • Stay informed about evolving travel restrictions and regulations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights car rentals accommodation cruises and event tickets.
  • Provide exceptional pre and posttravel communication and support to clients.
  • Address any issues or challenges that may arise during bookings or travel ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with tour operators to explore package offerings for clients.

Position Details:

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in either the United States Mexico or Australia.
  • Strong communication skills with a sales background are preferred.
  • Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity; laptop recommended but not mandatory.
  • Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus though not required.
