Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our Company. The Customer Service Associate will be the first point of contact for our customers providing excellent service and support. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers via telephone email and online chat to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Process customer invoices and payments.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records.
  • Enters customer orders.
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge forward messages to the appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers issues and concerns.
  • Keep track of customer interactions including details of inquiries complaints or comments.
  • Follow procedures guidelines and policies.
  • Process letters to customers and perform other general clerical services.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including active listening.
  • Customer serviceoriented and must have a positive attitude.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Able to identify and resolve emerging customer issues.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Education and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.


Salary: $24.00 $31.00 Hourly


Pay depends on your experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
