About the Job:
As a CPA working remotely you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial management for our client. Your responsibilities will include managing owner accounts coordinating with residential owners and their residents/customers and preparing monthly and yearend statements using Appfolio software.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Appfolio software to coordinate with residential owners and their residents/customers.
Prepare and manage owner accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Generate monthly and yearend statements for owners.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in Appfolio software or willingness to learn.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Schedule:
Work on shift from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST during US business hours.
