Location: Remote (Must be eligible to work in the USA Colombia Mexico or Australia)

Job Description:

Are you a travel enthusiast with a passion for customer service and organization Do you dream of working remotely while helping travelers create unforgettable vacation experiences If so we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Remote AllInclusive Resort Coordinator to join our team and assist guests in planning their dream getaways to exotic destinations.This independent contractor opportunity is commissionbased and your compensation is derived from the profits generated by your sales (1099).

Responsibilities:

As a Remote AllInclusive Resort Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering their inquiries assisting with reservations and ensuring their needs are met before during and after their stay.

  2. Destination Knowledge: Stay uptodate on various allinclusive resort destinations to help guests choose the perfect vacation spot.

  3. Reservation Management: Assist guests with booking accommodation flights and activities while ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

  4. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with guests via email phone or messaging apps.

  5. Problem Solving: Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a seamless vacation experience.

  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and reservations.

  7. Remote Work: Work from the comfort of your own home with a reliable WiFi connection smartphone or computer.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you should meet the following qualifications:

  • CustomerFocused: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Travel Knowledge: An interest in and knowledge of allinclusive resort destinations is a plus. (training will be provided)

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work fulltime or parttime hours based on business needs.
