We are a growing real estate investment company who buys and sells properties with the primary intent of creating positive outcomes for people in predicaments. We are seeking a highly motivated fulltime sales representative called Acquisition Specialist that understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity.
JOB SUMMARY
As an Acquisitions Specialist you will be answering the phone from and returning calls to property owners wanting to sell their house. Sales experience is a plus but training will be provided. We will train you on how to evaluate each house and how to buy houses over the phone. You will be up and running very fast. You will need to have a good work ethic and stay on the phone making calls. This is a great unique opportunity for the right person. We provide you with all of the tools necessary to become successful including but not limited to: best sales training motivated seller leads CRM support and ongoing weekly training. We keep track of KPI metrics to help you stay on track and know if you are putting in the effort needed but we also make it a fun atmosphere. Compensation will be a base pay plus commissions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to all leads and close on them
Negotiate contract and inspect both onmarket and offmarket investment
opportunities
Generate leads by various sources: auctions preforeclosures Craigslist ads direct
mail website realtor list networking events cold calling etc.
Manage pipeline of prospects
Followup on leads in a timely manner
Review and organize due diligence on potential properties
Schedule and organize inspections on potential properties
Act as lead contact for sellers
Negotiate with sellers on properties and overcome objections
Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by lead system
Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
Must be results driven and have the mindset to want more financially
Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
Close contracts in a timely manner
Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
Attend business meetings and trainings as required
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)

EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma and/or Associates degree in Business
24 years of sales closing experience
Real estate experience a plus
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word Excel
Outlook and PowerPoint
