Relocate to Cape Town German Speaking Customer Service Consultant

Our client is a young, dynamic team who integrates seamlessly into the structures of their customers. Job Type: On Site | Full-time
Salary: R20 000 - R24 000 + Medical Aid

Requirements


  • Fluency in German(C1)

  • Ability to assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-confident, enthusiastic individual

  • Ability to work within a team

  • Ability to turn neutral information into something exciting

  • Empathetic and sensitive

  • You have a good technical understanding

  • An individual who is always up for a challenge


Responsibilities

  • Completing customers information, data, and documents

  • Giving professional advice on inbound calls to make them understandable in case of product queries

  • Proactively assisting existing and interested customers via phone call

  • Processing and responding to service ticket emails

  • Digitally capturing, managing, and maintaining documents and data pools

  • Comprehensive, high-quality service until absolute customer satisfaction is achieved

  • Ability to provide solutions to each problem
